Administración Dashboard: Where to Approve Reservations After the Update (Operativa menu)

An update was made to the Administración (Administration) dashboard. In this new version, the Operativa (Operations) section brings together all the features related to the platform’s day-to-day management. While reservations were previously located elsewhere in the menu, they are now found under Operativa.

How to approve a reservation:

1. Go to the Operativa menu.
2. Select the Reservaciones (Reservations) option.
3. There, you can view pending requests and approve them.

Where to find your administrator profile:
In the upper right corner, you’ll find the ADM option, which corresponds to your administrator profile.

Why it changed:
This update was implemented to improve organization and enable more precise management of requests, PQRs, and other administrative processes within the platform.

Note: If you don’t see the changes reflected after the update, log out of the app and log back in.
