Can I manage multiple units from a single dashboard?

Web Access vs. App (Important): Access to Munily for residents, homeowners, and tenants is available only through the Munily mobile app. Residents cannot access the site from a web browser. Access via a web browser—the Administración (Administration) Dashboard—is a tool intended exclusively for HOA administrators. If a resident tries to log in from a computer or web browser and is unable to do so, it is because that method is not enabled for their role: they must use the mobile app.

The Dashboard at Administración is available only to the HOA administrator, who manages all units in the complex. There is no Dashboard for homeowners or residents who own or manage multiple units within the same HOA.

The platform operates on a per-unit basis, not as a consolidated system: each unit is managed independently and must be associated with its own email address and username. For example, if you manage 10 units, you’ll need 10 users (one per unit), since each is managed individually.

To manage each unit, download the app at Munily and link each unit to its respective user within the app; this will allow you to manage them individually and switch between them.
