Configure reservations for common areas: annual limit and "Advance Notice" fields

To limit the number of reservations a unit can make, configure this setting in the Administrative Dashboard using the "Reservations per Unit per Year" field. If reservations are not behaving as expected, you should check the settings for the “Lead Time” and “Advance Notice” fields to ensure they are configured correctly. If an option on the dashboard is grayed out, it means it is currently unavailable.
