Visitas (Visits) in the app history

Visits recorded in the app history will remain visible for 7 days after the visit takes place. After this period, visits will automatically disappear from the history.

It is important to note that, for security reasons and to control access to PH (HOA), visitors cannot be deleted directly by the user.

After 7 days, visitors will only be recorded in the administrator’s virtual log, thus ensuring a complete and reliable record of visitors to PH.

If you need to access older information, you can contact the administrator to obtain specific details about past visits.
