How can I block off an amenity for maintenance without taking it offline?

If property management needs to block access to an amenity during certain dates (for example, for maintenance), it is recommended that you DO NOT deactivate the amenity, as deactivating it would prevent reservations from that point forward. Instead, block off the area by filling it with reservations:

1. Go to Áreas (Areas) (or Reservaciones (Reservations)) on the Dashboard and select the area.
2. Temporarily increase the maximum reservation duration so that a single reservation covers the entire day.
3. Create the corresponding reservations for the maintenance dates and enter “Maintenance” as the description to keep the space occupied during those days.
4. Once the maintenance dates have passed, reconfigure the area to its usual duration (for example, one hour per reservation).

This way, the area is blocked only on the required dates, without affecting its availability the rest of the time.
