How do your guests use Maia?

The process is simple and consists of the following steps:

Step 1: Go to Munily and select “FastPass” or “Acceso Frecuente (Frequent Access).”

• On the main screen of your Munily app, you’ll see various options. Look for and select the “FastPass” or “Acceso Frecuente” option.

Step 2: Fill in the information.

• You’ll see a form with the following fields:
  1. Full Name: Enter your guest’s name.
  2. License Plate (optional): If applicable, enter the vehicle’s license plate number.
  3. ID number: Enter your guest’s ID number.
• Once you’ve filled in the information, click the “Continue” button.

Step 3: Send the invitation.

• After filling out the information, the app will display a confirmation message: "Congratulations! We’re sending notices to your guests right now."
• Tap the "Understood" button to complete the invitation process.

Your guests will receive a WhatsApp message with the registration link.

• The message will include the invitation details, the validity period, and a link for them to complete their information.
• Sample message: "Hello [Guest’s Name], you have an invitation from [Your Name/Unit] to access [Venue Name] from [Start Date] through [End Date]. To activate your access, you need to complete your information at the following link: [Registration Link]. When you arrive, just look at the camera and the door will open automatically."

The guest must register their face using their cell phone.

• Clicking on the link they receive will open a web page where the guest must register their face.
• They will be asked to center their head to fill the circle on the screen, ensuring a clear facial capture.

1. They arrive at the association’s access point.
2. They scan their face on the Maia device.
3. The system verifies the information in seconds.
4. If everything is correct, the gate opens automatically.
