How long are entry and exit records (including facial recognition) retained?

Frequently Asked Question: How long does Munily keep the entry and exit history, and what information is recorded with facial recognition?

1. In the resident app: Your visits remain in the history in the “Visitas (Visits)” section for a limited time (see the article “Historial (History)” at Visitas). After that time, they are no longer visible in the app, but they are not deleted: they remain in the property management log.
2. In the PH (HOA) administration system: the administration retains access logs for approximately 6 months, sometimes longer, depending on the operations of each PH. If you need information about a past entry, request it from the administration.
3. On the Munily servers: after that period, the data is retained on the Munily servers for a maximum of 2 years.
4. Facial recognition: Anyone who undergoes facial recognition is recorded in the log, both upon entry and exit.

Note: For security and access control purposes at PH, users cannot delete entries from the log.
