In the visitor logs, the visitor's name appears as an image of the document: how to view it

In Munily, visitor check-in is performed by capturing a photo of the ID document: the security guard takes a photo of the document. For this reason, the name is not saved as text in the report, but rather as an image of the document.

How to view or record the name:

1. When downloading the visitor log report, make sure to include the images. This way, you can open the photo of the ID and verify the name and details of the registered person.
2. To ensure the name appears as text, when the security guard takes the photo of the ID, they can type the person’s name into the comment field of the entry. This way, the name is recorded legibly in the report.
