Maia Access Management Dashboard

Here we explain how to manage visitor access in your community using the Access Management Dashboard at Munily. You’ll be able to create, view, and delete invitations, generating one-time (single-use) or frequent access passes with facial recognition or a PIN. In addition, you’ll be able to see in real time who is authorized, view date/time ranges, and manage entries from a centralized location.

1. Creating a One-Time Access Pass

A one-time access pass allows you to record a visitor’s entry on a single occasion.

  1. Click the "Create Access" button.
  2. Select the "One-Time Access Pass" option.
  3. Enter the person’s information: ID number, name, email (optional), and visitor type.
  4. Take a photo of the visitor for facial recognition.
  5. If desired, add vehicle information.
  6. Review all the information and click "Register".
  7. The system will confirm with a "Registration Successful" message, and the access will be created.

2. Creating a Frequent Access Pass

Frequent access passes are ideal for recurring visitors such as service providers, personnel, or family members.

  1. Click the "Create Access Pass" button.
  2. Select the “Acceso Frecuente (Frequent Access)” option.
  3. Enter the details of the visitor and, if applicable, the vehicle.
  4. Set the access range: days, hours, and expiration date.
  5. Add comments if desired.
  6. Review the information and click "Register".
  7. Your visitor will be able to enter automatically during the scheduled dates and times.

3. Viewing Access Records

From the dashboard, you can view the access records created for your community at any time.

  • In the "Gestión de accesos (Access Management)" section, you’ll see a list of all created access records.
  • You can use the "Name", "Search by License Plate", "Location", "Visitor Type", and "Status" fields to filter the information.
  • The "Clear" and "Filter" buttons will help you refine your search.
  • In the "Actions" column, you’ll find an eye icon to view the access details and a trash can icon to delete it.

When you click the eye icon, you’ll see all the visitor’s details, their access period, and the access status.

4. Process for Deleting an Access

  1. Locate the access on the dashboard.
  2. Click the trash can icon in the "Actions" column.
  3. The system will ask for confirmation.
  4. Click "Yes", and you’ll see the message "Access successfully deleted".

Remember: You can only delete accesses created from the dashboard.
