Two reservations were recorded at the same time (a case of near-simultaneity)

If two reservations are recorded for exactly the same time slot in an amenity, this behavior corresponds to a borderline case already identified by Munily.

Why it happens:
This occurs when two users make a reservation at exactly the same time—that is, at the same hour, minute, and even second. The difference between the two requests may be a matter of milliseconds, so the system is not always able to distinguish between them before processing them, and both reservations are recorded simultaneously.

What to note:

  1. This is a rare occurrence.
  2. It has already been identified by the Product team at Munily.
  3. The team continues to work on optimizing this behavior.

Note: This is not a general failure of the reservation functionality. If it is necessary to determine which of the two reservations remains valid, the association property management team can handle this through the Dashboard at Administración (Administration).
