Where to approve or deny a request for access to a common area (eye icon)

To manage a request for access to a common area, locate the option marked with the eye icon (view). When you select that option, you’ll be able to view the request and choose whether to approve or deny access to the common area.

Steps:

1. Go to the option where the eye icon appears.
2. Open the request to view its details.
3. Select “Approve” or “Deny” access as appropriate.
