Chat as much as you want! 📝

At Munily, we know how important seamless communication is for property management of your building or residential community. That’s why we’re introducing our “Chat (Chat)” feature, designed to keep you connected with all members of your community.

Access the “Chat” feature:

1. On the main screen of the Munily app, find and select the “Chat” button. This button is prominently displayed at the top of your mobile device’s screen.

Browse your messages:

When you open the Chat section, you’ll see a list of your recent conversations. Each conversation displays:

• Contact or group name: Identifies who you’re chatting with (for example, “Conjunto Ejemplo administration,” “kkk,” “Guardi administration,” "admin," "Gatehouse 2," "Lobby," "Juan Ejemplo").
• Last message: A preview of the last message sent or received.
• Date and time: Indicates when the last activity in the conversation took place.
• Read receipt: A checkmark (✓) indicates that your message has been read.

Navigation within the Messages section:

• Back arrow (<): Located in the upper-left corner, this allows you to return to the previous screen.
• "Messages" title: Indicates that you are in the main section of your conversations.
• New message button (+): Located at the bottom right of the conversation list, this button allows you to start a new conversation.

Examples of conversations you might find:

• Administración (Administration) Conjunto Ejemplo: Displays the date 11/07/22 and the message “hello.”
• kkk: Displays the date 11/07/22 and the message “j.”
• Administración guardi: Displays the date 6/07/22 and the message “Hello.”
• Administración admin: Displays the date 10/06/22 and the message "hola".
• Administración Gatehouse 2: Displays the date 26/05/22 and the message "K".
• Administración Lobby: Displays the date 05/26/22 and the message "G".
• Administración pruebax: Displays the date 07/08/22 and the message "Air conditioning maintenance".
