How do I report a PQRS? 🔈
At Munily, managing your requests is easy. Here we explain the main features so you can get the most out of the PQRS (Requests & Complaints) system (Requests, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions):
1. Create PQRS
- You can submit new requests quickly and efficiently.
- The interface will guide you through entering all the necessary information.
2. Receive updates when a PQRS is created
- Stay informed about the status of your requests.
- You’ll receive automatic notifications whenever a new PQRS is generated.
3. Filter by request type or deadline
- Easily organize and locate your PQRS.
- Use the filters to search by request type (Request, Complaint, Claim, Suggestion) or by the date they were created or are due.
4. View a history of resolved PQRS requests
- View all requests that have already been addressed.
- Access a complete record of your resolved PQRS requests for your reference.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you check the status of your PQRS requests within the Munily app.
1. Go to the “PQRS” section
- At the top of the screen, you’ll see the heading PQRS.
- If you want to return to the previous screen, you can tap the left-pointing arrow icon (<) located in the upper-left corner.
2. View your PQRS
- On the main PQRS screen, you’ll find a list of your requests.
- Each request is displayed with a title, its status, and a summary. In this example, we see:
- SUGGESTION - 1
- Resolved
3. Review the details of a specific PQRS
When you select a PQRS from the list, you’ll see all the detailed information:
- Title: "Elevator in Poor Condition"
- Description: "I am requesting an inspection or maintenance of the elevator in Tower 1, as there are evident technical issues with the electrical system and the operation of the buttons."
- Attachments: You can see the number of attachments uploaded with this request. In this case, 3 attachments were included.
- Request Date: "January 1, 2025 - 10:00 a.m."
- Last updated: "January 1, 2025 - 10:00 a.m."
4. View the response to your PQRS
Below the details of your request, you’ll find the RESPONSE section:
- Message: "We received your request and will schedule the maintenance."
- Attachments to the response: If the property management attached any files as part of the response, you’ll be able to view them here. In this example, 2 attachments were included.
