I received a "visitor on the way" notification that was late or does not appear on "En curso"/"Historial"

If you receive a notification that your visitor is “on the way” or “entering” after the fact (for example, long after the visit has already taken place), or if the visit does not appear in the “En curso (In progress)” tab or in “Historial (History),” it is usually due to the following:

The entry notification is generated when the security guard updates the entry status during the visitor registration process at the front desk. This step must be completed at the exact moment the visitor enters the homeowners association (HOA) so that you, as a resident, receive the notification in real time.

If the security guard does not update that status at the time of entry and does so later (when reviewing the logs afterward), the notification is sent late, and the entry may not be correctly reflected in “En curso.” The visitor is, however, recorded in the administrator’s log.

What to do:

  1. Check the “Historial” tab at Visitas (Visits); the entry should be recorded there.
  2. If you notice that entry notifications are repeatedly arriving late, notify the property management or the front desk of your homeowners association (HOA) so that the security guards can update the entry status at the correct time (when the visitor enters).
