Pre-registrations do not trigger automatic notifications

When a user performs a pre-registration for a visit, this does not trigger automatic notifications for security reasons. The pre-registration will only be visible once the person arrives at the homeowners association (HOA), or depending on the type of registration made. Therefore, it is normal for the information to be recorded without immediately notifying other users.
