The app isn't working properly: Reinstall it and grant permissions
If the Munily app is malfunctioning (it won't load, you can't log in, the screen goes blank when you open a module—for example, the "PQRS (Requests & Complaints)" tab—or it behaves unexpectedly), follow these steps: 1) Uninstall the Munily app from your device. 2) Reinstall it from the app store. 3) Once the installation is complete, grant all the permissions requested by the app to ensure it works properly. 4) Log in again with your username and password. 5) Check to see if the issue has been resolved.
If the problem specifically occurs when logging in, also verify that the email address is entered exactly as it was registered—without any extra spaces or incorrect characters—and restart your device before trying to log in again.
Credentials must be entered exactly as provided: including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, for both the username and password. Many cases where “the username doesn’t work” are actually due to a difference in uppercase/lowercase letters, a leading or trailing space, or characters auto-completed by the device’s keyboard. We recommend entering the information manually (avoiding autocomplete) and verifying it character by character before concluding that there is a problem with the account. If the login still fails after entering the credentials correctly, then you should verify the account status with support.
Special case: The app prompts you to accept the terms and register your face every time you log in, and uninstalling and reinstalling it does not resolve the issue. When reinstalling does not fix the issue, the next step is to update the software: 1) Verify that the phone’s operating system (Android or iOS) is updated to the latest available version. 2) Check the app store to make sure the "Munily" app is at its latest version and update it if one is available; this type of recurring login issue is usually resolved with app updates. 3) After updating, open the app again and try logging in. If the issue persists after updating the operating system and the app, report the issue to support.
