The web platform won't load or is displaying an error: check your connection and clear the cache in Chrome

When the Munily web platform (Dashboard) fails to load, gets stuck loading, or displays an error, the first recommended step is to rule out browser and connection issues before escalating the issue.

Suggested steps:

  1. Verify that your Internet connection is stable.
  2. Verify that your browser is updated to the latest version.
  3. Clear cookies and cache in Google Chrome (this resolves loading issues and frees up browser space):
    a. Open Google Chrome.
    b. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
    c. Select Settings.
    d. Go to Privacy and security.
    e. Click Clear browsing data.
    f. Select the time range “All time.”
    g. Check the boxes for: Cookies and other site data / Cached images and files.
    h. Click Clear data.
    i. Close the browser completely and reopen it.
  4. Try using an incognito window: open a window in incognito mode, log in with the user’s account, and try the process again.
  5. Try using a different web browser (such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari) to rule out the possibility that the problem is with the browser.
  6. Try logging back into the platform and check if the issue has been resolved.

If the problem persists: Ask the user for the link (URL) that appears in the top bar of the browser, on which screen the issue occurs, and which browser they are using, so you can escalate the case to the appropriate department with that information.
