1. On the app’s main screen, find and select the “Visitas (Visits)” banner.
2. Next, click the “+” (plus sign) icon.
3. Finally, select the “Visitor” option.

• You’ll see a screen displaying the list of current visitors. At the top, the name of the tower or building is shown, for example, “TOWER 102A”.
• In the visitor list, you’ll see the names of registered visitors, such as 'Ana Ejemplo' and 'John Doe', along with their ID numbers.
• If registration is successful, a confirmation message will appear.

Step 2: Signing In and Taking a Photo of Your ID

1. Once you’ve selected the visitor option, a 'Consent' screen will appear.
2. Here, the visitor must enter their signature in the 'Visitor Signature' field.
3. Below the signature, a message will appear stating: "By signing, you are agreeing to our privacy policy and personal data processing practices."
4. To continue, the visitor must click the 'Yes, I Accept' button.
5. After accepting, you will be prompted to take a photo of the visitor’s identification document. You will see an image of an ID document, such as a national ID card or driver’s license.
6. Once this step is complete, a 'Registration Successful!' confirmation will appear with a 'Understood' button.

Step 3: Entering Visitor Information (if necessary)

If the initial registration is unsuccessful or you need to enter additional information, follow these steps:

1. Click 'Declined' (if necessary).
2. A form titled 'Visitor Registration' will open.
3. You must fill out the following visitor details:
   • Full Name
   • ID Number
   • Identification document
   • Security guard’s comment (optional)
   • Comment
4. Once you’ve filled in the fields, click the “Create Visit” button.
5. After completing the data entry, the “Visitas” screen will appear, showing the visitor’s successful registration—such as “John Doe” or “Juan Ejemplo”—along with their unit and time slot.

The visitor will now be able to enter your community successfully!
