Why isn't the QR code working?

Is your access code invalid or causing an error?

Here's why that might be happening.

If the QR code you received is invalid or doesn’t work, a message in orange text will appear in the center of the code describing one of the following errors:

  • Error Generating the QR Code: A network or system error occurred, and the QR code could not be generated.
  • Invitation Does Not Exist: The invitation has been deleted by the resident.
  • QR Code Expired: The QR code has expired and must be regenerated.
  • Frequent Access Pass (Acceso Frecuente (Frequent Access)) Does Not Exist: The has been deleted by the resident or has expired.
  • QR Code Outside Permitted Time Frame: The QR code is not within the access time frame assigned by the resident.
  • QR Code Does Not Exist: The QR code is not valid at this PH (HOA).
  • QR Code Generated at Another PH: The QR code was generated for another PH.
  • Expired QR Code: The QR code has expired.
  • QR Code Outside Scheduled Date: The QR code is outside the date scheduled by the resident.

The phone screen displays the Munily app with a QR code and the message “NEW EXPERIENCE! Automatic door opening.” Below the QR code, in orange text, it reads: “The QR code has expired.” Further down, it states: “Will activate in 37 seconds. SCAN ON OPASS!” Finally, the Munily logo is displayed along with the information “Torre 1 Apto 101 12/12/24 License Plate: XYZ123.”
