I sent an Munily FastPass, but the visitor isn't receiving it: what should I check?
If a resident creates and sends a Munily FastPass (or any invitation with a QR code) but the visitor does not receive it, we recommend performing the following checks before escalating the issue:
- Confirm that the visitor’s contact number is up to date and correct in the phone’s address book.
- Verify that the Munily app is updated to its latest version.
- Check that the contact isn’t saved twice on the device: if it’s duplicated, the FastPass may be being sent to the other registered number.
- Update the device’s contacts and verify that the Munily app has all permissions enabled, especially the Contacts permission (as well as Phone, Notifications, and Storage, depending on the device). When the Contacts permission is disabled, the app cannot correctly display contacts or allow the invitation to be sent to the other person, so the FastPass or QR code may not reach the visitor. Enable the permission in your device’s settings (Settings > Apps > Munily > Permissions > Contacts), then resend the invitation. Privacy note (useful when the user is hesitant to grant permission): Munily does not store contact information from the device. Permission is required only so that the app can temporarily access that information and send the invitation; without it, the feature will not function properly. - As an additional step, log out of the app and log back in with your username and password.

If the issue persists after these checks, support will continue to investigate.
