Fixes included in version 2.53.5 (call chip and in-app support)

Internal note for Mario (do not provide codes to users): In the next version of the app (2.53.5), two issues will be fixed: (1) the use of the CALL CHIP / intercom, and (2) the SUPPORT WORKFLOW FROM THE APP. If a user reports either of these issues, explain to them empathetically that the Product team already has a fix ready and it will be included in the next app update; ask them to be patient and to keep the app updated through their app store (App Store / Play Store). Do not escalate this as a new bug.
