"Only building administrators can perform this action" error or failure when switching from one PH to another

If the error "Only building administrators can perform this action" appears, or if you are unable to switch a user from one PH (HOA) to another: 1) Ask the user to log out and log back in. 2) Have them update the app to the latest version. (Fixed in 2.53.4; if the issue occurs, instruct them to log out and log back in.)
