The administrator has two platforms: the "Munily" app and Super Administrator (web)
Role: Administración (Administration) of PH (HOA).
It is common for an administrator to try to perform property management tasks from the mobile app and not find the options. This happens because, as an administrator, you have TWO different platforms:
- Mobile app Munily
- This is the same app that residents use, and your account works similarly.
- It is primarily used to receive notifications related to visitors or requests directed to the property management department.
- It does not include the community’s property management functions.
- Super Administrator at Munily (web platform)
- This is a DIFFERENT platform and is accessed exclusively through a web browser, not through the mobile app.
- It can be accessed at: https://dashboard.munily.com
- You log in with your administrator credentials, and from there you can perform the available administrative functions (managing units, residents, areas, announcements, reports, etc.).
What to do when an administrator cannot find the administrative options:
- Confirm where they are trying to log in from (mobile app or web browser).
- Explain the difference between the two platforms.
- Indicate that the administrative functions are available in the Super Administrator section, which can be accessed via a web browser at https://dashboard.munily.com using their credentials.
- If the administrator also states that they are unfamiliar with the Super Administrator’s functions and privileges, offer training: coordinate this with the account manager responsible for the homeowners association (HOA) account (not the technical support schedule).
