The app gets stuck on the animation or loading screen when I open it (iOS)

When a user reports that the app gets stuck on the loading animation/screen (buildings) upon launch—a common issue on iOS—: 1) Ask them to update the app to the latest version (fixed in 2.53.4 and further improved in 2.53.4.6). 2) If the problem persists, have them completely close the app and reopen it. 3) As a last resort, have them uninstall and reinstall the app. (The user must update to the latest version.)
